My experience at the hotel left me feeling quite frustrated, especially with the communication barrier and the rudeness of some guests. The beach area was clean and very nice, but the dining options, although varied, didn't live up to my expectations, especially considering the price. The hotel did have some fun activities, but there were definitely aspects that need improvement, particularly in hospitality and service.
